Ellington Rental Community – HVAC Retrofit T.A. Builders was contracted to perform the replacement of refrigeration lines for the HVAC split system at 420 apartment units within 3 seven story buildings at the Ellington Rental Community in Dade County. The scope consists of 440 concrete core drills to provide new chases from all units to the roof level to accommodate new copper refrigeration lines, fire proofing of each opening and roof pitch pans at every chase.
