Our company provided an interior office build out and renovation of a 6,000 SF office space located in the Brickell Financial District. The scope included space planning, demolition, construction and renovation of the space. The customer’s goal was to create an upscale working environment to reflect the profile of Engel & Völkers; a premier European Real Estate Brokerage firm with locations in 32 Countries. Owner’s objective was achieved to their complete satisfaction. The project value is $65,000.00.
